Varazze Tower Dubai High-Rise Luxury Residential Development Dubai, UAE Prominently located near the famous 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel by the sea.

Project History

The tower construction began in 2008 and stalled upon reaching about 69% completion. The concrete and MEP works were completed to 90%. Due to the elapsed time till 2021, the tower required to be fully assessed, including structural assessment studies. Thereafter, prepare a rehabilitation and tender package for the completion of the tower and its interiors with revamped façade design and repositioning of the residential mix and amenities.
